Bookings

Numinbah Valley Environmental Education Centre (NVEEC) offers curriculum-aligned day programs, residential camps, incursions, excursions and specialised learning experiences for Queensland schools.

To enquire about a program, please complete the booking request form below. 

2027 Bookings:

• Fill in the '2027 Booking' form with your preferences by the 11th of September, 2026. 
• Official offers for program dates will be sent out at the start of Term 4, 2026.

Due to high demand for some programs and residential dates, submission of a booking request does not guarantee a booking. Schools will be advised of outcomes following the allocation process or once availability has been confirmed.

Waiting List

Where preferred dates are unavailable, schools may request to be placed on a waiting list. NVEEC will contact schools should a suitable vacancy become available due to a cancellation or alteration to an existing booking.

Terms and Conditions

1. Submission of a booking request is an expression of interest and does not constitute a confirmed booking.
2. Bookings are confirmed only when written confirmation has been provided by NVEEC.
3. Schools are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible to maximise availability and booking options.
4. NVEEC will endeavour to accommodate requested dates and program requirements; however, alternative arrangements may be offered where necessary.
5. Participation in NVEEC programs involves outdoor learning experiences. Students, staff and accompanying adults should be prepared for a variety of weather conditions and outdoor environments.
6. Schools should familiarise themselves with the NVEEC Booking, Alteration and Cancellation Policy prior to submitting a booking request.
